We built Creator Coders to save you time, not to harvest your data. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and who sees it.
Account info — Your name and email when you sign up via Google OAuth. We don't store your Google password; we never see it.
Usage data — Which features you use, how often, and general performance metrics. This helps us fix bugs and decide what to build next.
Billing info — Stripe handles all payment processing. We store only your subscription status (active/trialing/cancelled). We never see or store your card number.
Creator data you add — Campaign details, audience notes, and anything else you input. This data belongs to you.
We do not sell your data. We do not run ads against it. We do not share it with third parties except the services listed below that are necessary to run Creator Coders.
Your account and data are retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel and delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics may persist.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or correct anything that's wrong. Email us at creatorcodersportal@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 14 days.
We use only functional cookies required to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. No tracking cookies. No third-party ad cookies.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored — we use Google OAuth exclusively. Database access is restricted to authenticated application services.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll email registered users and update the date at the top of this page.
